Do I need maintenance on Squarespace?: There are no plugin or core updates to run, but most owners still need pages added, content changed, designs tightened and things fixed. Your hours go into exactly that.
Does Squarespace handle all the technical upkeep?: It handles the platform itself — hosting, security and software updates, with nothing for you to install. What it will not do is your content, your design or your marketing, which is where the hours are spent.
Can you send email campaigns from my Squarespace plan?: Yes. Squarespace Email Campaigns newsletters, promotional pop-ups and announcement bars can be set up, styled to match your site and sent from within your plan.
Can you change my design or template?: Yes, within the limits of your template. Sections, blocks, spacing, typography and custom CSS can all be adjusted. Some templates resist certain layouts, and I will tell you what is practical before any hours are used.
Can you fix a broken form or a page that looks wrong on phones?: Yes. Contact forms, domain connections, connected email and mobile layout problems are all checked and fixed under the plan, and logged in your portal.
Can you help with my Squarespace plan or billing?: Yes. Plan level, domains, connected email and billing settings can be reviewed as part of your hours. Squarespace's own subscription fees stay separate and are paid by you.
