- No. Hours reset on each monthly renewal date, which keeps the work predictable for both of us.
- What if I need more time?
- Extra work is billed at a discounted subscriber rate of $120/hr, and you'll always see it in your portal first.
- Which platforms do you support?
- WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and custom builds. If you are unsure, just ask.
- My site is on Shopify or Squarespace. Do I still need maintenance?
- Yes, just a different kind. Those platforms handle their own core updates, so your hours go into design changes, new content, app or form fixes and improvements instead of plugin updates.
- How do I track the work?
- Every plan includes a client portal showing hours used, a log of everything done on your site, and a place to send new requests.
